Research Ops for Here Technologies

The research I did at Here Technologies covered the entire software development cycle , and went well beyond the release. This allowed the teams to deliver continuous improvements to all the tools.

Here Technologies has upwards of 3000 users working on various tools in the business process. These tools are slowly being rewritten from the ground up, in order to create highly customized efficient tools to boost accuracy of work and productivity.

My role as the researcher on the project was to facilitate the design team, development teams and product owners by providing them immediate observations about the user behavior of any of the tools in deployment on the floor.

During my three at Here Technologies, I conducted multiple research studies about user behavior and usability tests for 15 tools.

The research allowed for the implementation of functionality that resulted in at least 20% gains in the process output. Due to the nature of the work, I can not publish it on my website. Please get in touch with me if you’d like to know more about the work I did there.
